Job Description:

As a Seasonal Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Santa photo studio(s). Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
  • Leading and coordinating a team to deliver outstanding experiences.
  • Managing behind-the-scenes details to ensure the event runs seamlessly.
  • Embodying patience, efficiency, and kindness in all interactions.
  • Collaborating with team members to create a magical atmosphere for our guests.
  • Assisting with event management tasks.
  • Learning and using various computer programs and processes.

Qualifications:

  • A passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Experience in retail or restaurant service is an asset due to our fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in photography is preferred, but not required.
  • Comfortable with learning and adapting to new computer programs and processes.
  • Must be available to work during the holiday season, including weekends and evenings.
