Job Description:
As a Seasonal Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Santa photo studio(s). Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
- Leading and coordinating a team to deliver outstanding experiences.
- Managing behind-the-scenes details to ensure the event runs seamlessly.
- Embodying patience, efficiency, and kindness in all interactions.
- Collaborating with team members to create a magical atmosphere for our guests.
- Assisting with event management tasks.
- Learning and using various computer programs and processes.
Qualifications:
- A passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences.
- Strong communication and leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Experience in retail or restaurant service is an asset due to our fast-paced environment.
- Interest in photography is preferred, but not required.
- Comfortable with learning and adapting to new computer programs and processes.
- Must be available to work during the holiday season, including weekends and evenings.
