Our client, a leading developer, is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee tenant services and ensure a seamless experience for their commercial tenants. This role is focused on tenant care, repair scheduling, and contract tendering.
The Role:
As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. Your focus will be on tenant relations, service coordination, and maintenance oversight, making sure all aspects of property management run smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns and inquiries promptly.
- Oversee maintenance and repairs, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
- Manage contract tendering and liaise with contractors and service providers.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance and upkeep.
- Facilitate lease agreements, renewals, and tenant move-ins/move-outs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance tenant experience and property value.
- Energetic and engaging personality with strong customer service skills.
- Previous experience in commercial or mixed-use property management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with repair scheduling, contract management, and tenant relations.
