Job detailsTimes Property Management Inc. is a privately-held property management company located in Richmond Hill, ON serving the Ontario market. Founded in 1989, we specialize in the management of high-rise residential and mixed-use condominiums. We are dedicated to providing exceptional property management services and maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service. RoleCondominium Manager for various residential condominiums located in the GTA. This on-site role will oversee the day-to-day operations of the complex. Prior experience as a Property Manager in a condominium is required. Key Duties and Responsibilities Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations, including physical, financial, administrative and customer service management of the condominium Provide direction, motivate and recognize on-site staff Address residents’ concerns promptly to maintain a high standard of rapport and communication Ensure adherence to property management policies, procedures and operations Develop and administer an annual operating report and budget accurately and on time Conduct regular building inspections and address items identified in a timely manner Prepare monthly management reports and present to board members Develop proposals for major capital renovations Monitor and manage receivables and payables Ensure compliance with corporate governance and health & safety policies and procedures Qualifications 3+ years related condominium property management experience CMRAO General License (mandatory) RCM designation considered an asset University degree considered an asset Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail Strong knowledge of the Condominium Act and related operational procedures, maintenance, construction and contract negotiation Proven leadership and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships Strong technical, financial and managerial skills Compensation & Perks Competitive salary: $70,000 – $90,000 per year CMRAO License reimbursement program Benefits include Extended Health Care, Dental, Vision, ADD & Life Insurance RRSP matching On-site parking and paid time off Location & Terms Location: Toronto, ON (On-site) Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 per year Term: Permanent, full-time Starts: As soon as possible Important notice: This job posting has been provided by a partner site.
