Hollingsgate Recruitment is thrilled to represent a leading Managed IT Services company in Toronto, known for delivering exceptional technology solutions to businesses across diverse industries. We are currently searching for a seasoned VCIO to join our client’s dynamic team. This pivotal role requires a blend of technical proficiency and executive acumen, ideal for someone who excels in strategic project management and client-facing interactions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage comprehensive IT projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) in collaboration with Account Managers, focusing on strategic discussions and value-driven outcomes for clients.
- Develop and present compelling pitches to both technical and executive audiences, emphasizing the added value of our clients IT services.
- Act as a strategic advisor to our clients’ customers, helping them align their technology infrastructure with their business objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, enhancing client retention and satisfaction through consistent and meaningful engagement.
- Proven track record as a VCIO, or similar capacity, with extensive experience in managing IT projects and leading strategic discussions.
- Excellent organizational and methodical planning abilities, capable of navigating complex project landscapes with precision.
- Strong technical background with the ability to effectively communicate complex IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in sales, particularly adept at leveraging QBRs as opportunities to highlight service enhancements and push for additional client engagements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Account Managers and other team members to drive client success.
**Compensation**:
- A competitive salary of $150,000, reflective of the expertise and value you will bring to our team.
