The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and Digital Transformation branch is seeking a dynamic Advisor, OCIO Programs to help shape the future of I+IT at the AGCO. In this high-impact role, you’ll support the CIO and lead strategic planning initiatives that drive alignment with the broader AGCO strategy. You'll shape and evolve I+IT’s brand, foster staff engagement, and champion clear, compelling communications across the division. - CIO Support: Work closely with the Chief Information Officer and senior leadership team to support divisional coordination, leadership effectiveness, and delivery of key priorities.
- Prepare strategic deliverables, presentations, and briefings with mínimal oversight.
- Manage the I+IT divisional calendar and coordinate key meetings and priorities.
- Provide logístical and planning support for senior leadership meetings.
- Track divisional initiatives and ensure alignment with CIO and leadership objectives.
- Support cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement across the leadership team.
- I+IT Branding: Lead efforts to strengthen the I+IT brand across the organization by managing engagement channels and showcasing divisional impact.
- Serve as product owner for the I+IT intranet site, overseeing content planning and future enhancements.
- Maintain and evolve I+IT branding, including templates and visual identity.
- Promote the division's achievements and contributions to the organization's success.
- I+IT Staff Engagement: Foster a positive and connected divisional culture by leading initiatives that engage, recognize, and bring together I+IT staff.
- Identify and lead division-wide engagement opportunities (e.g., Lunch & Learns, recognition events, volunteering events).
- Promote cross-team participation and collaboration through inclusive initiatives.
- Support a strong, values-based culture that encourages connection and recognition.
- I+IT Communications: Craft persuasive, compelling narratives that communicate key divisional messages and updates on behalf of the CIO. You’ll create clear, engaging content that informs, inspires, and connects our team, while contributing to executive briefings and producing impactful visuals.
- Draft and distribute divisional communications across multiple formats and channels.
- Create compelling content for project updates, milestones, and celebrations of diverse holidays.
- Contribute input for executive briefings and create visuals to effectively convey key messages.
- Promote an inclusive and informed divisional culture through consistent, strategic communication.
- I+IT Strategic Planning: Play a pivotal role in shaping the division’s strategic direction, ensuring we focus on the right priorities to achieve AGCO and I+IT goals. By guiding the Senior Leadership Team through the process of defining outcomes and identifying key projects, you will help ensure alignment and drive success.
- Support the annual strategic planning process to align I+IT initiatives with AGCO and divisional goals.
- Facilitate discussions with Senior Leadership to define desired outcomes and determine key projects.
- Contribute to the creation of the I+IT Strategic Plan, ensuring clear, measurable objectives.
- Ensure ongoing alignment of projects and resources with overarching strategic goals.
- Lead and coordinate I+IT divisional initiatives, as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, strategic planning, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an analyst or advisory role, ideally within Information Technology (IT) or digital transformation.
- Proven experience supporting IT strategic planning, research, and analysis.
- Demonstrated expertise in business productivity tools, including Microsoft Office, and a strong ability to leverage AI tools responsibly to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- A strong ability to drive business, culture, and technology change with a strategic mindset.
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on user experience and results-oriented outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Digital marketing expertise with the ability to transform content into visually appealing, compelling stories.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
