We are looking for a new Customer Service Representative for their Surrey office.You'll be responsible for preparing proposals, processing and tracking orders, and providing exceptional customer service. If you're organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a thriving industry, we’d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with Project Managers and Sales team members to keep projects and day-to-day operations running efficientlyDeliver outstanding customer service that builds trust and long-term client relationshipsProcess customer orders from start to finish, proactively identifying and resolving any discrepanciesTrack shipments and provide clear, timely updates and estimated delivery times to customersCommunicate with customers via email and phone to confirm order arrivals and answer questionsSupport estimating and sales efforts by assisting with pricing and bid submissionsPrepare, organize, and submit technical and project documentation with accuracy and attention to detailRepresent the company at customer-facing events such as open houses, lunches, and sporting eventsContinuously expand your product and industry knowledge through self-directed learning and manufacturer trainingRequired Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Professional, friendly, and confident when representing the companyPost-secondary education (College or University) preferredStrong computer skills, proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (including Excel, and Word)Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learnAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work independentlyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsIf this position is of interest to you, please hit "Easily Apply" to complete your application.
