**Auburn Heights Retirement Residence** now accepting resumes for the position of:
**Recreation Aide**

As an Recreation Aide you would work, under the supervisor, on tasks related to sports, games, movies, crafts, music, and other recreational activities. You would be responsible for setting up equipment for an activity and cleaning up once the event is over. You would also have an active role in ensuring all residents maintain a healthy day-to-day living quality up to each of their specific needs and capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Experience and knowledge of recreation for seniors.
- Work independently and as a team member.
- Have enthusiasm, energy, creativity, strong interpersonal skills and high professional value as you lead our programs.
- Implement recreational program such as exercise classes, crafts, social activities, entertainment events as assigned by Health and Wellness Director & the Adult Day Program Coordinator.
- Set up/ clean activity area, washing dishes, moving furniture as necessary.
- Received at least two (2) doses of a Health Canada approved Covid-19 vaccine.
