Your Role
- We are looking for an HR Co-op to join our team This position will provide HR administrative support to our overall HR team, including Business Partners, HR Programs, Payroll and Benefits and Talent Acquisition. You will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and carrying out human resource department projects and processes for Magnet Forensics.
What You Will Accomplish
- Work closely with the HR team in maintaining global HR administration including but not limited to HR filing, employment verification letters, employee surveys, training set-up, and supporting HR primes on internal committees.
- Assist with the TA social media channel.
- Provide facilities support to our office, including internal event organization and maintaining internal supplies.
- Project support work including updating excel documents, doing research, reviewing, and assisting with document creation.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by HR.
What We Are Looking For
- There are a couple must haves, but we will keep that list short:
- You are a student working towards a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or Finance.
- Have excellent organizational skills in order to manage issues, projects and deadlines
- Have outstanding communications skills, both written and oral
- Attention to detail and a focus on data integrity
- The ability to maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrate expert proficiency with MS Windows/MS Office Applications
