- We are currently hiring a Manager, Road Assist Fleet based in our Burnaby Depot.
- As the Manager, Road Assist Fleet, you’ll be at the forefront of BCAA’s Roadside Assistance team, leading a dedicated team of Fleet Technicians who help us earn our reputation as one of Canada’s most trusted brands. When it comes to priority, safety is number one, along with delivering operational needs and effective team management. Ultimately, you are responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience to our Members by helping them get moving again.

- You enjoy driving and being on the road. You have a clean BC Driver License Class 5 or higher.What you’ll bring:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry, of which at least 3 years were in a leadership role.-
- Diploma in business management, or equivalent experience.-
- A certification in Automotive Mechanical repair, or equivalent work experience.-
- Comfortable using technology, including solid understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).-
- Ability to work varied hours, including weekends.What you’ll do:
- Recruit, train, develop, mentor, and lead team members to meet objectives and ensure skill development.-
- Support and cultivate a 'Safety First' culture through regular roadside visits with Fleet Drivers.-
- Hold overall performance and accountability for Fleet Driver operational KPIs, encompassing both towing and service aspects.-
- Champion a culture of belonging and unity within the fleet and management, promoting good team engagement.-
- Implement strategies to consistently achieve high customer satisfaction scores, measured through NPS/CSI metrics.-
- This role will be based out of the Burnaby Depot, with flexibility to be remote and daily travel throughout the BC Lower Mainland.- The salary range for this position is $88,000 to $95,000, plus a performance bonus target of 12.5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 20%.
