Les Anges Gardiennes, a well-established pet care company in South West Montreal, is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Services Representative. As a representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our valued clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

**Our Mission**:
Our primary objective is to provide excellent customer care and pet care services in order to reduce the number of abandoned animals within our community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Appointment scheduling and assigning to the team
- Manage client appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and maintaining a well-organized calendar.
- Assist clients with the registration process, explaining our policies and procedures clearly and accurately.
- Handle client feedback and complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving for effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and seamless coordination between different departments.
- Maintain accurate client records and update relevant information in our customer database.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of our services, products, promotions, and pet care-related information to provide informed assistance to clients.
- Proven ability to sell products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both clients and their pets within our facility.

**Requirements**:

- Must be bilingual
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a pet care or animal-oriented industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Availability to work monday thru Friday with a schedule of 25- 35 hours per week.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.

**How to Apply**:

**Salary**: $15.25-$18.00 per hour
