**ABOUT US**

We are an established industry leader in a sports related business, supported by an English speaking call center offering sales, customer service, chat and account management services for customers.

Maintaining excellent relationships with all customers includes providing great service guiding customers on their payments options.

Aside from traditional payment methods such as credit cards, cryptocurrency payment options are being increasingly used. Many customers require specialized service from our dedicated cryptocurrency service team to navigate the complexities and learn how to effectively use this payments option.

**ABOUT THE JOB**

Primary responsibility as Cryptocurrency Service Specialist will be assisting clients with basic questions pertaining to cryptocurrency payment options, guiding clients on executing transactions, and troubleshooting difficulties.

Those with excellent computer and typing skills may be tasked with chat in addition to inbound phone service or follow-up calls from client inquiries.

In addition to base salary, there is a fixed bonus payable for each successful interaction with customer.

**ABOUT YOU**

No phone experience is required, however excellent conversational English is required.

Very basic working knowledge of cryptocurrencies is required at a minimum.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- GOOD CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH
- Well spoken and personable
- Basic working knowledge of Cryptocurrencies
- Must be able to work weekends. Full time only, 40 hours per week
- 48 hours during busy weeks
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Good people skills
- Ability to multi-task, good organizational ability and work under pressure during busy times
- Willing to learn and results driven

**Other**
- You will be paid as a contractor/consultant. Discuss in person

**Salary**: From $3,500.00 per month

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
