**Industrial Service Provider**

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Industrial Service Provider to join our team at Graybar Canada. As a field services specialist, you will play a vital role in promoting and facilitating Rockwell Automation and Graybar Canada services, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. You will be responsible for conducting onsite audits, performing assessments and training, and providing power quality studies to our valued customers.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with Automation Specialists, Account Managers, and customers to promote and facilitate Rockwell Automation and Graybar Canada services.
- Conduct onsite audits at customer locations to assess their technology install base.
- Perform standard Arc Flash Assessments and provide customer Arc Flashing Training
- Utilize Fluke power analyzers to conduct comprehensive Power Quality Studies
- Actively contribute to the growth of Rockwell Automation's repair and remanufacturing business through proactive business development efforts.
- Identify additional sales opportunities during customer visits, coordinating with Automation Specialists and Account Managers to maximize revenue.
- Conduct all business activities in an ethical and safe manner, adhering to Graybar Canada and OSHA standards.
- Adapt and take on additional responsibilities as the scope of this position expands over time.

**Preferred Skills & Experience**:

- Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) or equivalent
- Previous experience in field services, preferably in automation, electrical systems, or power distribution.
- Strong knowledge of Rockwell Automation products and services is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to identify sales opportunities and contribute to business development efforts.
- Ethical conduct and commitment to safety standards in all business activities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
