**What We’re Looking For**:
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented **Service Advisor** who is ready to be the face of our business. You’ll be the bridge between our expert technicians and our valued customers, helping to ensure every job is done right and on time.

**Your Role**:

- **Customer Connection**: Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and assist in diagnosing equipment issues. Answer incoming calls for service.
- **Job Coordination**: Assignment, creation, and completion of work orders ensuring accuracy in customer billing which encompasses the quoting, invoicing (or warranty claim creation) and processing payments.
- **Repair Guidance**: Explain repair processes and options clearly, offering trusted advice and making customers feel confident in their decisions.
- **Follow-Up**: Keep customers informed on job progress, ensuring satisfaction from start to finish.
- **Problem Solver**: Handle challenges with a positive attitude, providing solutions that benefit both the customer and the shop.

**What You Bring**:

- A passion for engines, equipment, and great customer service.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge in Microsoft Office an asset.
- Ability to multitask in a busy, hands-on environment.
- Some knowledge of equipment repair.
- A friendly, positive attitude that makes customers feel welcome and valued.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40. per week

Additional pay:
