**Position Overview**
We are seeking a Lead Dental Administrator to join our team **This is a full-time position, Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM**, offering highly competitive wages and an opportunity to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate all aspects of dental administration, including treatment planning, hygiene scheduling, insurance processing, and billing.
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming office atmosphere.
- Answer phone calls and manage appointment scheduling efficiently.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a dental office in Canada.
- Proficiency in dental administration, including treatment coordination, insurance, billing, and scheduling.
- A friendly and professional individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Patient-focused and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with Maxident software is an asset; training will be provided if needed.
