**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Gather and compile weekly proof of execution reports and deliver to Account Managers.
- Monitor project timelines, track progress and inform Account Managers on the project status, issues and risks.
- Help streamline project process by maintaining project documentation through Wrike. Ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Generate bi-weekly and monthly instore signage program list for departments across Walmart.
- Keep track and update instore signage and deli store lists.
- Platform inventory tracking.
- All other admin tasks as needed

**SKILLSETS REQUIRED**:

- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented.
- Strong Excel skills
