Langley, Canada Rollins Machinery Full time

Rollins Machinery, a lower mainland-based equipment company, is currently looking for a motivated individual to fill the position of **_Service Writer_** - based out of our Head Office in Langley BC.

**Job Summary**

Rollins is currently looking for a Service Writer to assist with an active service shop consisting of Heavy-Duty mechanics. Working closely with the Service Manager, the Service Writer will assist with the day-to-day Service Department operations;
- Coordinating the completion of service Work Orders through dispatch of service technicians
- Scheduling jobs and organizing technician’s workload
- Service job estimate building and invoicing
- Complete warranty documentation and submission in an accurate and timely manner, following up on payments.
- Reconcile all warranty AR
- Follow dispute/challenge process for short paid warranty (solicit support from Service Supervisor & Manager)
- Ensure monthly invoices are closed
- Other duties as assigned

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Positive and professional communication with customers and team members
- Excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude, with good interpersonal skills
- Superb customer service skills and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a close team environment
