**Position Summary**

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Ski Valet works with the Guest Service Agents and Valet team to be the main point of contact for guests needing assistance with their skis and snowboards. The Ski Valet will also assist the Front Desk team with our pool bookings.

**Please note**:This is a seasonal position. Starting December 1st to April. This position is part time, with a variety of short and split shifts.

**Key responsibilities**
- Assisting guest with their skis and snowboards upon their arrival to Whistler, and upon their departure.
- Assisting guests with their skis and snowboards prior to going out and once they return.
- Correctly labeling and storing guests' skis and snowboards.
- Keeping the storage areas clean and stocked with necessary amenities.
- Helping with any guest pool bookings
- Managing pool access

**Qualifications**
- Previous hotel front line experience is an asset
- Organized, detail orientated and able to multi-task
- Impeccable grooming standards
- Quick to smile and engage in conversations
- Excellent command of English, a second language is an asset
- Knowledge of Whistler, the surrounding areas and of local tourist products
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
