Scrum Master

iA is looking for a Scrum Master to support the projects and evolutions of the contact center program. We are working to modernize and transform our customer experience and the business solutions that support it. Working closely with the Product Owner, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance Analysts and Configurators in the Operational Support Unit and the Contact Management Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for supporting and coaching the tasks leading to releases. **Responsibilities**: - Accompany and contribute to the organization of the project team in order to improve its productivity, achieve its objectives and eliminate non-value added and blocking factors. - Organize and ensure the good health of the artifacts including the definition of "completed" (DoD) and the smooth running of the ceremonies with the team. - Take ownership of the overall view of requirements, opportunities, problems and issues. - Support the Product Owners (PO) in establishing and maintaining the product backlog. - Act as a "servant leader" in compliance with the agile best practices in order to increase the autonomy of the different teams. - Ensure, in collaboration with the PO, that an up-to-date status of the work is always available to all stakeholders. - Ensure good collaboration, a stimulating environment and good communication with transparency between all participants in the work. - Help the team manage solution delivery risks and dependencies. - Work closely with the business partner, in support of the PO (if present), in defining the vision and documenting improvements. - Lead the team in adopting Lean-Agile behaviors and values and practices encouraged by the Centers of Excellence (CoE). - For teams in project mode, support the PO and managers in reporting on the health and performance of the team and the project. **Target profile**: - DEC in computer science, administration or other relevant training. - Minimum 5 years experience in information technology. - Proven experience of a minimum of two years as a Scrum Master - Required Certifications: - Professional Scrum Master 1 (PSM I) or Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) or SAFe® Scrum Master (SSM) - Certifications considered assets: - Professional Scrum Master (PSM II) or higher - SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) - Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (ACSM) - Professional Scrum with Kanban (PSK I) - Possess strong negotiation and conflict management skills as well as proven leadership. - Demonstrate outstanding analytical skills and a critical mindset geared towards continuous improvement. - Excellent knowledge of French, both oral and written. - Functional knowledge of English, both oral and written.
