To make you feel at home, we offer you: - A relaxation room to recharge your batteries; - Coffee and snacks at will; - An open office, designed for collaboration; - 5 days of floating vacations; - 3 weeks of vacation upon hiring; - A $250 allowance to spoil you on your professional anniversary; - An allowance to encourage you to lead an active life; - A travel allowance; - Group insurance that is worth it; - A schedule that adapts to your lifestyle; - The possibility of telecommuting, coming to the office or being in hybrid mode; - A sustainable development committee. **JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** - Accompany and contribute to the organization of project teams in order to improve productivity, achieve its objectives, maximize added value and eliminate blockers; - Coordinate and facilitate the daily Scrum; - Plan and conduct retrospectives for multiple teams, possibly across more than one site; - Develop and implement effective communication strategies and tactics in collaboration with team members; - Assist the team in managing solution delivery risks and dependencies; - Take ownership of the overall view of requirements, opportunities, problems and issues; - Support the Product Owners (PO) in establishing and maintaining the product roadmap; - Ensure good collaboration and communication with transparency between all participants in the work; - For teams in "project" mode, support the PO and managers in reporting on the health and performance of the team and the project. **DESIRED SKILLS & PROFILE**: - Mastery of project management principles and ability to lead a project to completion; - Possess one of the following certifications; Professional Scrum Master PSM or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)team; - Excellent organizational and priority management skills; - Excellent oral and written French and English; - Minimum 5 years experience in information technology, digital marketing, project management or digital product management; - Proven experience of a minimum of two years as a Scrum Master; - Possess strong negotiation and conflict management skills as well as proven leadership; - Demonstrate outstanding analytical skills and a critical mindset focused on continuous improvement; - Autonomy, enthusiasm and ability to work in a team.
