Lux Leaf has an exciting retail opportunity for you. Lux Leaf is looking for energetic, outgoing individual to join our team. Our priority is to provide an exceptional experience for each customer that we serve. We are hiring Budtenders with a background in retail cannabis & customer service. As a budtender, under the direction of the Manager, is primarily responsible for greeting customers and providing guidance on the use of cannabis and our products. This role must maintain the highest level of customer service at all times.

This Position will primarily be at our South Park and Heritage locations.

This position must have Sellsafe & QCW (Qualified Cannabis Worker) to work in the cannabis industry.

**Requirements**:

- Sellsafe + QCW (please have prior to applying)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Reliable transportation
- One year minimum of customer service experience
- Experience in retail sales preferred
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Retail Cannabis experience is considered an asset

Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide guidance on where they may find items within the store
- Assist each customer in finding the right and most suitable product
- Create an educational and informative experience for all customers
- Advise customers on the use of our products, and provide direction
- Participate in merchandising
- Educate customers on different products, strains and consumption methods
- Handle cash float
- Complete inventory counts as necessary
- Help in maintaining a clean store
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Assist with setting up merchandise displays
- Maintain sales records for inventory control
- Operate computerized inventory recordkeeping and re-ordering systems (Cova POS)
- Work in partnership with store managers and other employees to maximize store sales and in-store presence
- Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures
- Participate in all manner of store maintenance and cleaning
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
- Performs other duties as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
