Duties include:

- Open and close the store, including securing the store and setting alarms.
- Manage cash handling procedures.
- Assist customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain a clean and organized store, including stocking and merchandising.
- Train and supervise team members in all aspects of the store’s operations.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

- Previous management or key holder experience required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Quilting knowledge is an asset.

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
