**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of Power Apps / Automate experience
- 2+ years of experience in software development
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Flow
- 3rd Party API integration experience
- Advanced-level skills with Power Platform and SharePoint Online
- Advanced-level skills in administering organizational solutions and platforms
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure Entra
- Experience with Intune
- Adept in PowerShell scripting
- Adept knowledge of UI / UX
- Skilled in business factfinding and process analysis
- Skilled in analytical thinking and communication
- Ability to develop high quality documentation
- MUST speak, read, and write English FLUENTLY/NATIVELY.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
- Must be clear and fluent in speaking, reading and writing English.
- Criminal background check required upon offer of employment.
**Nice to haves**:
- Full-stack software development skillset including VS, JavaScript, Python, Object-C, Swift and SQL
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement custom solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Providing consultation and discovery services to end-users, with a focus on identifying how the collaboration platforms can help them solve business challenges.
- Administering, configuring, and testing supported platforms and services to ensure reliability.
- Explores new solutions and technologies by key vendors / partners. Engages in training and learning opportunities that contribute to Netsmart’s client success.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance
Pay: $45.00-$65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 37.5 per week
