Youth Workers attend programs, model Momenta’s values, and connect with participants. They must also be confident in participating in outdoor education, adventure sports (biking, hiking, cross-country skiing and canoeing), and forest school programming. Youth Workers attend team meetings and trainings, and always work with at least one other team member. They follow all policies and procedures, have exceptional communication skills, and are reliable.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in outdoor programs
- Experience working with children and youth
- First-Aid certification an asset
- Good communication skills
- Confidence in participating in hiking, biking, cross-country skiing and canoeing programs

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)
