**Guest Services Administrator**

Join our team as a Guest Services Administrator (GSA), currently offering part-time positions. We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide exceptional guest services to our clients.

**Massage Addict is 100% Canadian owned and locally operated. With over 115 multi-disciplinary clinics and more than 1,800 Registered Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists and Reflexologists across the country, you’ll be part of a team that helps over 81,000 Canadians each month manage their pain, stress, and anxiety.**

**Position Summary**

An integral member of the Massage Addict team, Guest Service Administrators (GSAs for short) thrive on consistently providing an exceptional experience from the moment a client walks through our doors. Embracing our fast-paced clinic environment, GSAs are motivated, initiative-taking, outstanding communicators, highly organized and true multi-taskers. With a ‘can-do’ and ‘no task too small’ mindset, a GSA can manage both administrative and clinic responsibilities with care while also ensuring the safety of our clients and therapists.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding client service, answering telephone calls, and booking appointments.
- Welcome clients by greeting and familiarising them to the clinic upon arrival.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all Massage Addict services.
- Provide administrative support to the clinic including preparation of forms, and documentation for new and existing clients.
- Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with clinic operating procedures; cleanliness of the clinic guest-facing areas, including the reception area and treatment rooms.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Two years of experience within a service-oriented environment, with a focus on administration
- Superior verbal communication and telephone skills
- Professional, good energy, calm, patient and friendly with great people skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Access to reliable transportation.

- Monday - Friday: 9-9
- Saturday 9-5
- Sunday 9-5
