**Responsibilities**:
The Supervisor, Corporate Contracts will oversee the Corporate Contracts team for FirstService Residential Ontario. Focused on managing the daily activities of the Corporate Contracts team, the Supervisor, Corporate Contracts will be responsible for making necessary improvements to processes where there are gaps and being a point of escalation for issues that arise, from both the team and from internal and external customers. The Supervisor, Corporate Contracts will also be responsible for maintaining contract records, managing pricing models and maintaining monthly reports and dashboards for the market.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Overall responsibility for the FirstService Ontario Contract Management and Administration process including contract initiation, preparation, variations as well as interactions with requestors and FirstService clients.
- Oversee and manage contract requests and workflows using the Agiloft contract management system and DocuSign, with accountability for timely turnaround and responses.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the Agiloft contract management system, including accuracy inputs for contract billing.
- Lead the Corporate Contracts team by providing support, coaching, feedback and ongoing associate development and training.
- Prepare and maintain pricing models for all management and services contracts, including prompt turnaround on requests for pricing models.
- Prepare monthly reports on contract management performance - eg: turnaround time for execution and completion, outstanding contracts.
- Practice and adhere to FirstService Residential Global Service Standards
- Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct.
- Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules.
- May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Follow all policies and Standard Operating Procedures as instructed by Management.
- Perform any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties as assigned
**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of customer service experience. Experience in Contract Management and Administration will be an advantage.
- Strong administration, detail orientation, communication and interpersonal skills required.
**Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies**:
- Works well independently and as a team player, with a passion for customer satisfaction
- Excellent written and verbal comprehension and communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines
- Organizational and time management abilities with the ability to implement and monitor progress for successful completion, working well under pressure and deadlines
- Ability to prioritize in a fast passed environment
- Must be goal minded and possess a self-starting drive to get the job done
- Ability to listen to others, collaborate, and resolve conflict
- Excellent problem solver and demonstrates ability to use creative alternatives
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
