The position will be for a minimum of **5 months**.

**R.E.M. Transport** is looking for a highly motivated **Dispatcher **to support our operations and sales team with the daily scheduling & planning of our fleet of trucks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and planning of loads for our owner-operators and drivers
- Communicating shipment details with customers
- Be able to develop strong relationships with our owner-operators and drivers
- Work closely with operations and sales to ensure the efficient flow of information

- Works well independently
- Able to handle deadlines and conduct problem solving activities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

**Qualifications**:

- A proven record of success in prior roles
- Prior experience in transportation industry considered an asset
- Familiarity with operational software and Microsoft Office

**Compensation**:
R.E.M. Transport offers a competitive compensation with salary being based on experience.
