**Summary**

We are seeking an IT Coordinator to join our dynamic team at S&R Mechanical. In this role, you will be responsible for managing IT operations and providing technical support to ensure seamless communication and efficiency across all departments. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our commitment to excellence in service delivery.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including networks, hardware, and software systems.
- Lead the onboarding/offboarding technology process for employees.
- Monitor licenses, renewals, and software subscriptions.
- Evaluate and recommend new software and platforms to improve operations.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for technology-driven improvement.
- Maintain documentation of IT processes, systems, and user guides for reference.
- Assist with AI adoption and technology training across teams.
- Track tech trends and explore innovations applicable to the construction and service industries.
- Develop documentation and workflows for digital tools and best practices.
- Coordinate with external vendors and managed services providers as needed.
- Proactively monitor system performance and resolve infrastructure incidents with a high degree of reliability

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in IT operations, software support, or digital tools administration.
- Strong knowledge of modern SaaS platforms, productivity tools, and workstation environments.
- Passion for technology and innovation; demonstrated ability to learn and implement new tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer service mindset.
- Comfortable leading small projects and collaborating across departments.
- Experience with AI tools or platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with the construction or service industries is a bonus

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
