Title: Partnership Manager
Reports to: Managing Partner
Location: 135 Michael Cowpland Dr., Kanata, Ontario

Job Purpose

The Partnership Manager is responsible for driving and executing PureSpirIT's partnership strategy. This role focuses on deepening trust with existing partners, identifying new strategic opportunities, and enabling sales growth through collaborative engagement. By aligning internal teams and fostering cross-functional cohesion, the Partnership Manager ensures that partnership initiatives are effectively executed and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and support execution of executive leadership's OEM growth strategies.
  • Track and monitor back-end rebates and incentive programs.
  • Oversee the development and ongoing maintenance of the channel training plan.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing partners.
  • Strengthen relationships through networking, partner events, and ongoing communication.
  • Create and maintain key partnership plans (Top 3–4).
  • Participate in partner-led marketing campaigns.
  • Implement a systematic, process-driven approach to partner onboarding and outreach.
  • Maintain and enhance PureSpirIT's partner profile using tools such as websites, portals, and service platforms.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and executive leadership to align partner strategies and secure new manufacturer procurement vehicles (e.g., CRO).
  • Act as a liaison in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify emerging industry trends and present them to executive leadership.
  • Assess and refine the onboarding process for new vendors.
  • Attend and support partner meetings, conferences, summits, and events to strengthen partnerships.
  • Support brand development with partners and act as their internal advocate.
  • Coordinate activities between partners and internal teams (sales, operations, pre-sales).
  • Facilitate effective communication to ensure shared goals and expectations are met.
  • Organize and host partner meetings with clear agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
  • Proactively communicate with team members to ensure input and engagement.
  • Perform other partnership-related duties as needed.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  1. Increase back-end elective rebates across all Tier OEMs.
  2. Collaborate with internal leaders in Solutions Selling to deliver client value (primarily Sales and Engineering).
  3. Complete go-to-market strategies for all Strategic OEMs within the first year of employment.

Skills and Attributes

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT Industry
  • Knowledge of supply chain and ecosystem as well as OEMs
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Professional representation of the business aligned with core values.
  • Degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.
  • Proven success in sales, marketing, or strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication with warmth and clarity.
