We are looking for a Partnership Manager to lead the partnership strategy proactively, opening the doors of opportunity for PureLogic by enhancing current trust and relationships with partners. In this role you will strategically develop new opportunities of growth and collaboration. Lastly, you will represent our incredible team to the industry and translate our values to our partners._

**Key Responsibilities**

Partner Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners.
- Enhance relationships through networking, partner events and ongoing communication.
- Create and maintain key partnership plans as required (Top 7 or others).
- Participate in partner’s marketing campaigns.
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner onboarding and outreach with existing partners. Maintain and enhance PureLogic’s partner profile thru individual partner tools such as websites, partner portals, service delivery options.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing and executive team to align strategy and channel efforts including working to maintain or bring on new manufacture procurement vehicles as required (with VP Sales.)
- Act as a partner in conflict resolution, problem solving and building new systems and operational efficiencies.
- Identify new industry trends and bring forth to executive management for review.
- Provide leadership, coaching and direction to the Marketing & Events Lead.
- Track and monitor back-end rebates and incentive programs.
- Oversee the development and maintenance to the channel training plan.
- Assess and further develop the onboarding process for new vendors.
- Attend and/or support partner meetings, conferences, summits, and events with the goal to strengthen ongoing partnership relationships.
- Manage and support brand development with partners. Be our partners’ liaison internally.
- Coordinate activities between partners and the sales and pre-sales teams to educate and identify and pursue new opportunities and technologies.
- Oversee communication between partners and ensures that each business hears the other's needs, goals, and expectations.
- Other related partnership duties as required.

Marketing
- Support and participate in marketing campaigns.
- Participate in development of Objectives and Key Results (OKR’s) for annual and quarterly MARCOM activities.
- Monitor marketing and communications success and ROI analytics. Other related marketing duties as required.

**Skills and attributes**:

- Degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field
- Prior experience in a similar role in sales, marketing or communications and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.
- Time management and organizational skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, radiating competence and warmth in all interactions.
- Ability to build trust and mutual accountability with partners.
- Strong ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Provide outstanding customer service both internally and to external clients.

- Proficient in all MS Applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel
- ERP/CRM/Accounting Software experience an asset (NetSuite)

- Common sense and level-headedness.
- Sense of Humor.
- Ability and eagerness to travel across Northern America
- Bilingual (English and French) an asset.
