**Position Overview**

This position requires someone to have strong organizational skills, great attention to detail and a background in warranty, construction and administration. Customer service and communication skills are essential.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee warranty administration duties;
- Open/Close work orders;
- Oversee FAC process and progress pictures;
- Schedule inspections with the City;
- Coordinate utilities/services and first one calls;
- Oversee grading, landscaping and final inspection process;
- Prep paperwork/folders for construction/possession/warranty;
- Maintain Scopes of Work;
- Track construction schedule and warranty stats, ensuring things remain on target;
- Filing and submission of possession and warranty paperwork;
- Administering other related duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a related position;
- Knowledge of residential construction and warranty;
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow;
- Attention to detail and thoroughness;
- Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality;
- Self-motivated with ability to work well independently and as a team;
- Strong computer and typing skills;
- Proficiency in Excel;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
