Master Craftsman Warranty Ltd, a division of Carrington Group of Companies, is the exclusive warranty provider to several single family and multi family residential new home builders in North/Central Alberta.

**About the Position**
Reporting to the Warranty Manager, the Warranty Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of new home warranty, including correspondence and bookings of warranty appointments utilizing the company’s computer-based warranty program.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Book and confirm appointments for the warranty department.
- Perform all data entry for the department.
- Send trade work orders, create back charges where appropriate and manage all correspondence
- Manage warranty technician calendars utilizing Microsoft Outlook
- Create and send Purchase Orders where required for trade work determine to be non-warranty.
- Track all open files to ensure timely completion.
- Delegate tasks as required to Administrative Assistant

**Qualifications**
- Completed post-secondary diploma or certificate in Office Administration or related academic field of study.
- Three (3) or more years of experience in a customer service role in the new home construction warranty environment preferred.
- Strong computer skills including use of Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, Outlook required.
- Knowledge of residential building construction and Municipal Affairs Construction Performance Guidelines, desired.
- Experience using Warranty Software, such as Punchlist desired.
