**Position Summary**

As a key member of the Ceha team, the Logistics Supervisor contributes to the overall success of the company by overseeing the shipping and delivery of product and the warehouse team members. The Logistic Supervisor accomplishes this by:
a) Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in shipping, receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods;
b) Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehouse activities and employee performance;
c) Overseeing the organization of inventory and storage areas; and

d) Complying with all safety practices and regulations.

**Assigned Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Working with the leadership team to observe and evaluate key performance criteria of team members (i.e., attendance, punctuality, job knowledge etc). Implements progressive discipline as appropriate.
- Communicating expectations and on-going coaching and training of team members.
- Defining staffing needs and allocating workloads.
- Ensuring team members follow company policies and procedures.
- Controlling and organizing storage and inventory space.
- Ensuring the accuracy of inventory and shipments.
- Interacting with other departments to resolve problems and answer questions.
- Maintaining records, utiliing speacialized reports and documenting relevant information to calculate warehouse metrics and performance.
- Implementing new methods, processes and improvements to increase efficiencies and overall customer satisfaction.
- Planning, scheduling and following up on order flow.
- Reviewing and analyzing reports and key performance indicators (KPI).
- Identifying operations needing development and implementing innovations to adjust current work practices and procedures.
- Enforcing the adherence to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration safety regulations.

**Required Competencies**:
