**Project Manager - Capacity Products Team**

Annual salary: $ 107,000.00 - 135,300.00

**Position Highlights**
The Capacity team is responsible for all demand response programs at BC Hydro and non-wires alternative (NWA)
solutions, behind the meter. We will deliver capacity savings to meet future need at a system level. Using energy efficiency
and demand response programs, we implement non-wires alternative solutions at the distribution level to defer the need to
build capital projects or reduce demand until capital projects are built.

**What you'll do**
- This position will have a variety of responsibilities including successfully delivering NWA projects and other projects as
identified. This permanent role as a project manager will require working closely with Energy Management Product teams
and other stakeholders to develop the overall NWA solution and may include other specific project delivery.

**What you bring**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Experience in lieu will be considered.
- Eight (8) years experience in marketing, project management or other relevant area. Experience with an Energy

Management Product team (formerly Conservation and Energy Management) is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to seek information from people (internal and external) with diverse opinions, filter and

synthesize the information and produce a cohesive, supported plan that will support the business requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to build influential relationships internally and externally, at every level of the organization.
- Results driven, while respecting the importance of collaboration and teamwork.
- Good understanding of demand side management (EE, LCE, DR) initiatives and practices across all sectors
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage a high volume of multiple projects simultaneously.
