**Executive Business Advisor - Customer & Corporate Affairs**

Annual salary: $ 124,200.00 - 157,100.00

**What you'll do**
- There is a challenging senior opportunity for a highly motivated, proactive and influential individual to fulfill the role of
- Executive Business Advisor, supporting the Senior Vice-President, Customer & Corporate Affairs (CCA). BC Hydro's CCA
- business portfolio is accountable for shaping and leading BC Hydro’s overall customer experience across BC's residential,
- commercial and industrial customer base, carrying out a complex regulatory agenda, engaging in energy and government
- policy development activities, undertaking BC Hydro’s EV services business, managing evolving customer product and
- service development, delivering on energy efficiency, electrification and demand side management programming, and
- overseeing Service Plan and ESG performance disclosure and reporting, as well as shaping the organization’s overall
- stakeholder and corporate communications, both internal and external.

- The role is geared towards an individual who can leverage their business and strategic project experience to work closely
- with the Senior Vice President to oversee multiple priorities, contact points and work planning, as well as providing day to
- day project support and insights as part of the CCA senior leadership team.- Senior Vice President’s office and CCA senior leadership team, which includes:
- Understanding the multitude of current and longer-term issues facing CCA’s multiple functions and business groups, and

representing the Senior Vice President’s positions on key matters, both internally and externally with professionalism and
- courtesy;- Working closely with the Senior Vice-President’s leadership team and various individuals and teams across CCA to keep

them well informed and drive cohesive, aligned leadership across business groups;- Managing and making decisions on conflicting priorities and projects with tight deadlines, analyzing, researching and

communicating recommendations on strategic and complex issues, as well as working on projects that involve multiple
- business units or groups;- Using critical thinking, project management skills and business acumen to provide advice and organizational project

support to the Senior Vice-President and the CCA senior leadership team;- Working closely with other Executive Team offices, including the Office of the CEO, to represent CCA in sharing

information, coordinating ongoing and proactive communications for delivery internally to the Executive Team, Board of
- Directors and other internal stakeholders as well as the Government of BC and external stakeholders;- Building and leveraging a wide and diverse network of contacts throughout BC Hydro to acquire, summarize and brief the

Senior Vice-President and CCA senior leadership team on emerging issues affecting the business groups, our stakeholders
- and BC Hydro broadly.
- Championing CCA’s commitments to customer service, leadership development, business process improvement and

streamlining, and employee engagement and team building.
