**Verkhovets Law, **a fast-paced litigation firm seeks an **Accidnet Benefits Legal Assistant **with **1-3 years experience.**

**Education & Qualifications**
- College diploma in Paralegal Program
- Knowledge of accident benefits and the _Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule_
- Knowledge of OCF forms
- Knowledge of LAT proceedings
- Basic knowledge of the tort and the _Rules of Civil Procedure_
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

**Job Duties**
- Requesting productions
- Drafting and preparing correspondence to opposing counsel, insurance companies and clients
- Managing and satisfying documentary disclosure and s. 33 requests
- Scheduling Case Conferences, LAT motions, client calls and settlement calls in a timely manner
- Drafting and submitting Case Conference Summaries and LAT Applications
- Corresponding with insurers and other law firms
- File management

**Skills and Specifications**
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision
- Confident and dependable, with strong initiative and ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented atmosphere
- Exceptional administrative, organizational, analytical and time management skills
- Excellent work ethics and a strong attention to detail
- Advanced writing skills to prepare legal correspondence and complete forms
- Excellent oral and communication skills

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
