**Ace of Spades Weed Limited is a cannabis retail store on Lakeshore Blvd West. We are looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about cannabis to join our growing team**

The Budtender is responsible for creating meaningful interactions with everyone coming into the store. They must have great knowledge or willing to learn the variety of products we carry. Passionate about the industry, positive attitude, and willing to grow with the team, they must understand rules and regulations as well store policies. Understanding our customers and being able to guide them with their store shopping and helping them with any questions they may have.

**_Job Description: _**
- Reporting to the store Manager and or Management team.
- The Budtender must have knowledge of products, rules, regulations and must give exceptional customer service.
- They may try to help and guide the customer with anything they want/ need.
- Must be able to understand the variety of products we carry and use the tools that are given to ensure proper cannabis feedback.
- Must be able to understand and listen to the customer by asking questions to ensure they go home with the product they are looking for.
- Must try to achieve sales goals and finish any task and or responsibility before shift ending.
- Give guidance and positive feedback to other co workers, being able to also lead the team if needed.
- Must be able to work with the team and or alone if needed.
- Great communication skills with both staff members and Management team is a must.
- Using their skills is encouraged as well as supported to help the team and store innovate.
- Prove the ability to drive a positive atmosphere, customer experience and being able to build trust and loyalty with customers.
- Must have strong organizational and detail oriented skills
- Fluent and or can understand another language is a plus
- Experience is a must but open to train and guide others that are passionate and or interested about the industry.
- Experience with Point of Sales systems and basic math for cash handling
- Strong written and oral communication skills

**_Qualifications: _**
- **Residing within 5km of store location preferred**:

- **Experience with Cova, Dutchie and advanced PK.**:

- **In possession of Cannsell Certification**:

- **Familiar with various Cannabis strains, brands, accessories.**:

- **Minimum of 2 years in a retail sales role.**:

- **Willingness to submit to a Criminal Background Check**:

- **Experience working with and computer technology, including Front/Back office POS systems, and iOS devices.**:

- **Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends.**:

- **Must be able to lift, stack, and carry up to 50 pounds (22.5 Kg).**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Budtender: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Cannsell Certification (preferred)
