**Position Overview**:
We are in search of an experienced and personable Budtender to become part of our team. In this role, you will provide exemplary customer service and guide clients in selecting the most suitable cannabis products for their needs. Your expertise in cannabis varieties, product knowledge, and understanding of industry regulations will foster a welcoming and informative environment for our customers.

**Duties**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries/concerns effectively.
- Guide and support customers throughout their cannabis purchasing journey.
- Collaborate with budtenders to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Process transactions using the store's point-of-sale system, ensuring adherence to POS protocols.
- Strive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Assist with merchandising and cleaning tasks as directed.
- Complete tasks assigned by the Store Manager, Adminstrative Assistant and Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant cannabis retail regulations at the federal, provincial, and municipal levels.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures and other assigned duties.
- Regularly lift and handle boxes of supplies.
- Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- CanSell License (**Mandatory**)
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Prior experience in retail or customer service, with at least one year preferred.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with a diverse clientele.
- Keen attention to detail, especially regarding compliance with cannabis regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Team-oriented approach, with the flexibility to adapt to various roles within the store as needed.
- Willingness to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Compensation**:
$17.20 per hour.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
