**About us**

MiiX Furniture is a family owned furniture store located in Richmond. A partner company with MiiX Interior, our home staging and interior design division. Join our team as a Design Consultant where you will showcase your creativity and passion for design.

As a key member of our team, you will assist customers in transforming their spaces with your expert design advice and product knowledge.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients' needs and preferences
- Utilize your design expertise to recommend furniture, accessories, and decor to enhance clients' spaces
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to close sales and meet revenue targets - Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve store targets
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions
- Stay updated on market trends to offer the latest design solutions
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in inside sales or retail sales is preferred
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Proven track record in selling and meeting sales goals
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math calculations
- Strong market awareness and customer service skills

Pay: $41,600.00-$76,000.00 per year
