Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
SEO Implementation and Execution- Manage all SEO activities including content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to improve rankings across major search networks.- Collaborate with internal team members to create content, build links, and support landing page development to meet SEO objectives.- Perform ongoing keyword research, including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.- Research and implement content recommendations to drive organic SEO success.- Monitor and optimize website performance, including site speed and mobile usability.- Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.- Troubleshoot and resolve SEO-related issues promptly.- Stay updated with industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms to maintain and enhance SEO effectiveness.
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration-
- Work with Product Owners and other leaders to track and present key performance indicators (KPIs) measuring the success of SEO efforts.- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with overarching business goals.- Partner with the development team to ensure the proper implementation of SEO best practices.- Work closely with content and brand marketing teams to integrate SEO principles into content creation and programming.- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking structures, and other factors to improve SEO performance for targeted keywords.- Collaborate with the Paid Media team to identify and leverage complementary SEO/SEM opportunities.- Act as a knowledge resource, sharing SEO best practices and updates with team members and stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.- Strong understanding of SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.- Experience with content management systems (e.g. Strapi, Craft, Storyblok, Drupal or similar) and website optimization techniques.- Proficiency in performing technical SEO audits and implementing recommendations.- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and tools.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working in an agile environment.- Familiarity with enterprise-level SEO tools and platforms.- Background in collaborating with SEO agencies and implementing third-party recommendations.
