**The position overview**

We are looking for a Marketing, SEO, and Ads Specialist with extensive B2B and HubSpot Marketing expertise. In this role, you will lead digital marketing efforts to generate qualified leads and support revenue growth for our business and clients. This is a hands-on role that requires strong skills in SEO, paid digital advertising, and HubSpot campaign management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, launch, and optimize B2B digital marketing campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels (ideally with knowledge of managing ads in HubSpot Marketing)
- Manage all aspects of the HubSpot Marketing Hub, including campaign setup, automation workflows, lead segmentation, ad integration, performance tracking, and reporting
- Implement and refine SEO strategies (technical SEO, content optimization, keyword optimization, link building) to improve rankings and attract relevant inbound traffic
- Build, test, and oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), including audience targeting, ad copywriting, budget allocation, and ongoing optimization
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure marketing programs generate a quality pipeline and meet business targets
- Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Stay current on B2B marketing best practices, changes in digital advertising platforms, and HubSpot product updates.

**Minimum Requirements**
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B digital marketing, with proven results in lead generation and campaign optimisation
- Advanced, practical expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub (campaigns, workflows, segmentation, analytics)
- Strong knowledge of SEO (technical and on-page), Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global team environment
- Proven experience collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams

**Preferred**
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) tactics
- Skills in conversion rate optimisation (CRO), A/B testing, and landing page optimisation
- B2B content strategy or writing experience
- Familiarity with additional marketing automation/CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo)
- Experience in the technology, SaaS, or services sector
