Seeking experienced Leasing Specialists/Real Estate Agents - Downtown Montreal

Rent it Furnished Inc. is seeking two experienced **Leasing Agents/Realtors** with market knowledge and proven results in the downtown Montreal rental market. Our company represents over 4500 rental properties across Canada with offices in Montreal, Vancouver, Ottawa and Toronto since 2009.

You will be responding to leads, meeting with clients, showing beautiful and sometimes very exclusive residences in a very fast paced, exciting position. We have strong and consistent lead flow and a lucrative compensation structure based on growth.

This is a fast paced environment where technology compliments a small but high performing sales team in a specialized service offering.

- You know the downtown Montreal rental market and are an expert at pricing and moving rental property - preferably, specializing in high-end and furnished rentals.
- You are an experienced leasing professional with a proven track record of exceeding your targets and creating great customer experiences for your clients.
- You are self-motivated and sales focused with experience in driving business including cold calling, relationship building and business development.
- You thrive and prefer a fast-paced environment and love a busy schedule that includes a lot of appointments, touch points and deals closing weekly.
- You easily succeed at fostering long-lasting relationships with your clients and your team by providing an excellent customer experience, being extremely reliable and accountable for your deliverables.
- You are articulate, professional and have a great command of the English and French language.
- You are tech-savvy and use social media to promote yourself as a professional with our company and in our industry.
- You have a valid driving license, a reliable vehicle and easily commute between appointments.
- You naturally have a “can-do” attitude and the ability to find opportunities in challenges

Your first-year income expectations are $65,000 to $95,000+ depending on performance with seasoned agents earning $130,000+ annually
