As a Residential Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for working closely with our clients internal teams to address vacancy issues and create effective leasing strategies. This may include identifying and addressing large upcoming vacancies, finding solutions for challenging-to-lease units, and developing strategies for pre-construction projects. Our goal is to deliver a service that maximizes occupancy for all of our clients' properties.

Additionally, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients properties are presented in the best possible light to potential tenants. This includes creating connections and building relationships with potential renters.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Advertise and show available rental properties to potential tenants.
- Qualify prospects and close leases by explaining rental terms and answering questions about the property and community.
- Communicate effectively with landlords, potential tenants, and team members to ensure a smooth leasing operation.
- Report property issues and potential liabilities to our internal team.
- Continuously strive to improve occupancy rates.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in French and English.
- 2+ years of leasing experience.
- Proven ability to work independently and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for real estate and a desire to help others.
- Diploma or certificate in Business, Hospitality or related discipline a plus.
