The value-added features include making payments with credit cards and exploring favourite merchants and cash-back cards along with the data-driven marketing solutions that allow us to deliver the best in-store and online shopping experience to Users. The interactive platform also benefits the Merchants with a higher level of brand loyalty. In order to serve more merchants and users, we are expanding our business and adding more new functions, so that Snaplii can become a digital wallet commonly used by people in North America.

**About the Role**

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, and detail-oriented Merchant Operations Consultant to improve the merchant experience. You will be responsible for managing and supporting grocery merchant partners to optimize their performance on the company's platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that merchant partners receive best-in-class support, service, and operational efficiency.

**What you will do**:

- Manage grocery merchant partner relationships: You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with grocery merchant partners. You will need to understand their needs, provide guidance and support, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Optimize grocery merchant partner performance: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and optimization for grocery merchant partners. You will help develop and implement strategies to improve performance, including promotional campaigns and merchandising initiatives.
- Maintain reporting and analytics: You will be responsible for maintaining reporting and analytics related to grocery merchant partner performance. You will need to be able to analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business development, to ensure that grocery merchant partners receive best-in-class support and service. You will also work with these teams to develop and implement new features and functionality to support grocery merchant partners.
- Provide operational support: You will be responsible for providing operational support to grocery merchant partners, including onboarding, training, and troubleshooting. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in merchant operations, account management, or a related field, with specific experience in the grocery industry.
- A good communicator, collaborator and team member who looks to fill in gaps and make a difference
- Good track record with setting up processes and improving productivity.
- Highly motivated problem solver is able to identify issues and provide solutions in a fast-paced startup environment
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices within the grocery industry
- Willingness to travel as needed
