Asset Management Technician/Fulfillment Associate

As we continue expanding, we are seeking an Asset Management Technician/Fulfillment Associate to join our team.

As an Asset Management Technician/Fulfillment Associate at TLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day to day operation. You will be responsible for providing support to customers over the phone and our contract facilites, assisting with customer inquiries, managing sales data, and helping to coordinate sales activities including dealing with government funding agencies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone detailed-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to a dynamic sales and asset management environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**: Maintain and update customer/facility databases, sales/service records, and back-end reports.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Handle various administrative duties such as filing, scheduling service appointments, preparing reports, and working with our technician and sales team.
- **Communication**: Collaborate with different departments, including service and fulfillment, to ensure a seamless sales process.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain sales/service documents.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and report on inventory levels, ensuring stock availability for sales orders.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar Asset Management Technician/Fulfillment Associate or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM & Asset Management software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in [industry] is advantageous.
- French and English (Spoken and Written)

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
- Asset Management: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)
