**Job Overview**

This role is a hybrid position combining remote help desk support and onsite technical service. You’ll assist local businesses with day-to-day IT issues from home, and also perform onsite tasks such as:

- Administering managed IT services for clients
- Computer installations and troubleshooting
- Network setup and diagnostics
- Hardware and software support

**Key Responsibilities**
- Travel locally to client sites for hands-on service and installations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, networking, and Microsoft 365
- Document work performed and maintain accurate service records
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships

**Qualifications**
- Must be local to Cornwall or surrounding area
- Post-secondary diploma in Computer Systems Technician or a related field
- Experience with:

- Managed IT Services
- Networking (routers, switches, wireless setups)
- Microsoft 365 administration (experience considered an asset)
- Azure Fundamentals (experience considered an asset)
- Windows desktop and server environments
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bilingual (English/French) preferred
- Must be independent and manage time effectively
- Must be eager to grow skills and continue learning
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
