The Service Manager/Technician manages the Service Department and will lead the team in achieving excellence in customer service. The Service Manager/Technician overseas the scheduling and dispatching of technicians. In addition, the Service Manager/Technician will be responsible for the care and maintenance of field-installed business equipment and will be required to maintain high standards of productivity, quality, customer service, communication, cooperation, attendance and professionalism.

DUTIES:

- Team Management/Direct Staff Supervision
- Scheduling and staff management
- Inventory Management
- Taking work orders/tickets and dispatching skills
- Repair Multi-Functional Products at client site
- Assemble new machines
- Install print drivers
- Maintain MFP fleet
- On-going training of new products & technologies

POSITIONS REQUIREMENT:

- Bilingual
- Post-Secondary diploma
- Minimum 2 years direct relevant experience
- Expertise in servicing clients
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Owing a reliable car, valid driver license and insurance coverage are mandatory

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Physically able to lift materials up to 70lbs, and occasionally heavier objects.
- Must possess physical ability for constant moving, bending, and lifting and occasional kneeling, crawling, squatting, reaching, pushing and pulling.

WORK DETAILS:

- Hours of work are 37.50 hours/week, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (1 hour lunch period).
- Salary from $45,000 to $55,000 per year
- Start date is as soon as possible
