**The role**:Are you a financial advisor or trainer passionate about helping others succeed in the wealth management space? CU Financial Management is seeking a **Regional** **Wealth Management Coach, Credit Unions** to join our team and work with our shareholder credit unions to promote our wealth management services and develop the skills and expertise of credit union in-branch financial advisors and mutual fund licensed representatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver a standardized onboarding and training program for new in-branch licensed representatives
- Develop and deliver a standardized member journey for in-branch licensed representatives to follow
- Regularly coach in-branch licensed representatives on wealth management technical processes, compliance, sales skills and increase their knowledge of mutual fund product offerings and behavioural finance principles
- Work closely with credit union leadership to understand their goals for in-branch wealth management services and work with their teams to deliver on their vision for wealth management services for their members
- Maintain strong partnerships with Aviso Wealth and NEI and leverage their teams to help deliver results
- Deliver annual referral goals from shareholder credit unions to CU Financial Management through promotion and building awareness with credit union staff and key stakeholders
- Ensure the in-branch representative model aligns with and enhances CU Financial Management delivery models
- Create and maintain reporting on results of in-branch representatives and provide monthly progress updates to the CEO and credit union leaders
- Increase Mutual Fund sales at the branch level and deliver on established targets

**Minimum Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree, Mutual fund (IFIC) or Securities (CSC) licensing
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience as a financial advisor and/or trainer
- A Financial Planning designation (CFP, PFP, PFA) or willing to obtain within two years
- A proven track record of delivering on results
- Ability to travel quarterly
- Skilled in digital tools and virtual facilitation
- Strong knowledge of current trends in financial markets, industry competitors, current issues, and strategies
- Demonstrated judgement and decision making, self-motivated and requires mínimal supervision
- Growth mindset, strategic thinker, strong sales and presentation skills, self-starter, excellent time management, team player, excellent communicator (verbal, written and virtual), strong relationship building and partnership skills; and highly organized and methodical
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

**Base Salary: $55,000-$65,000 + 30% target bonus**
