**Your key responsibilities will be**
- **Stocking and organizing parts in warehouse**:

- **Conducting regular cycle counts and ensuring stock is at correct levels**:

- **Sourcing and ordering maintenance and repair parts**:

- **Handling any external parts in addition to shipping/receiving**:

- **Staging parts for service technicians**:

- **Shipping, receiving and inventory transfers**:

- **Managing inventory and stock movements in ERP system**:

- **Ability to lift up to 50lbs**

**Requirements**:
The Parts Coordinator should possess a combination of technical knowledge, communication skills, and strong organizational abilities:

- Technical knowledge - ideally, automotive or heavy equipment
- Attention to detail - accurately identify parts and ensure that orders are filled correctly.
- Communication skills - must be able to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and other team members, both in person and in writing.
- Customer service - Contact with vendors and internal departments.
- Organizational skills - highly organized, with the ability to manage inventory, track orders, and maintain accurate records.
- Problem solving skills - able to quickly identify and address issues related to parts and inventory management.
- Time management - able to manage their time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
