**Job Position**_**:_ **Spare Parts Coordinator**

**Area**: Maintenance

**Position overview**:

- Reporting to the Regional Maintenance Manager with a dotted line reporting to the Site Manager. Ensure compliance and standards across all Canadian sites are met and is a direct link to Parkstein spare parts department.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum High School Diploma
- Professional diploma and/or certificate in the field of spare parts management (an asset)
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid Canadian passport

**Knowledge/Experience Required**:

- 3+ years of relevant spare part coordination experience
- Strong identification skills of industrial electrical and mechanical parts
- Practical attitude and ability to learn new tasks
- Excellent PC skills (Suite office, CMMS)
- Must be able to work on days, evenings, and nights
- Functionally Bilingual (French/English) (a Must)

**Primary Job Functions**:

- Oversee spare parts related activities (Replenishment Orders, Received Orders, Repair Orders, Warranty Parts and New Parts)
- Audit spare part stores and surrounding areas, to ensure processes and standards are met
- Receiveand store documents and confidential files; maintain record of invoices and packing slips for all parts/consumables
- Manage all purchase orders and procurement activities including traceability and 4 way match for expense approval on the National level
- Responsible for onsite accounts on a maintenance level
- Receive and verify all incoming material from purchase orders and match with packing lists
- Audit and compile weekly maintenance cost reports
- Training for spare parts clerk and Store set up across Canada
- Investigate discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties and repair issues
- Perform cycle counts and inventory counts of spare parts on a quarterly basis with help of the maintenance team
- Responsible for standard spare parts store KPI, procedures and documents.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
