**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Guest Services and Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily operations at our small Airbnb. Responsibilities include maintaining a high standardGuest Services and Housekeeping Manager - Brookside Falls

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee cleanliness and organization of all guest areas
- Promptly report and track needed repairs
- Manage lost and found items
- Update checklists and procedures to ensure high standards
- Suggest and implement ideas to enhance operations and guest/client value
- Assist with housekeeping and minor administrative duties
- Ensure compliance with property policies and a professional environment

Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience in customer service, sales, or property management
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks, data entry, and MS Office
- Demands perfection in cleanliness and guest satisfaction standards
- Excellent communication, phone etiquette, and multitasking abilities
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexible, proactive, and eager to contribute beyond basic duties

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $20.50-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 25 per week

Additional pay:
